Funding America was founded by Keith Mehta (Branch Manager) as an accredited branch of America's Mortgage Broker in 2005. Mr. Mehta’s outstanding record of performance as both a loan officer and processor allowed for significant investment into Funding America.

In 2007 Mr. Mehta partnered with the financial backing of two of the top producers in the industry, Armando Blasse (Sales Manager) and Christopher Polisano (Sales Manager) to form the solid base that is Funding America. Both Mr. Mehta and Mr. Blasse are graduates of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (2003) and Mr. Polisano has over 10 years experience in the financial services sector. Funding America has since grown to be approved for business in over 25 states with over 200 banks, allowing for a highly competitive portfolio of loan products.

Currently, Funding America does business in AL, CA, CO, CT, District of Columbia, DE, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NH, NY, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV with plans to continue expansion. As a growing company, Funding America maintains a long-term interest in its clients and thus has a 90% referral or return business ratio.
