Funding America was founded by Keith Mehta and is an accredited branch of America's Mortgage Broker (founded 1999). Mr. Mehta's outstanding record of performance as both a loan officer and processor allowed for significant investment into Funding America. The company has the resources to do business in 15 states with over 200 banks, allowing for a highly competitive portfolio of loan products. Currently, the company does business in AL, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NY, PA, VA with plans to continue expansion. As a growing company, Funding America maintains a long-term interest in its clients and thus has a 90% referral or return business ratio.
